Advancing and promoting the visual, performing, and literary arts in the Greater Greenwood community through education, leadership, advocacy, and collaboration with local artists and art organizations. Primary objectives of GGAC include: Showcasing individual artist's work within the local community. Fostering a sense of community among the artists and art organizations. Being a source of art information to the whole community - including providing an art census, art workshops and seminars, and establishing an artist database. Working in harmony with the school systems and other organizations that may have interests in the arts. Increasing the participation and enjoyment of the arts to persons of all ages.
